a conversation with guito: part 2
Again guito and I had an ill convo. I like guitos point of view cuz he speaks this sort of, I tell it how it is not how it should be. So we are walking to chipotle and some how we get on the topic of his relations. He informs me that even though he is 27 and his cousins are married and his mom is pushing him, he isn't down for all that right now...he is still young he informs me, and looking at the recent marriages in my dept at the age of 30 and 28, for woman, I believe him. The conversation persists for the 10 minute walk and I find out little tid bits about him, his one relationship he's ever had went sour, he dates as low as 22 but realizes that, though close in age, the mindset of someone fresh out just isn't the same, but the single most important thing that I wish my guito could share with both women AND men is that you can't change someone. Too many people are told or shown the real deal from the beginning, but not enough accept it. Jumpoffs, boppieces, or pieces often try to stick with the one person in hopes that they will fall madly in love with them and become their one and only, not the case if you were told so in the first place. G says- I was talking to this one girl for about three months and she asked ok well its been three months and I told her no, I told you in the beginning I wasn't looking for a relationship. She gets mad, but you can't say he lied or lead you on...he told you and that was a fact not an opinion.
