So I'm torn. The Celtics or the Lakers? As a native New Yorker, I naturally despise all things Boston. Is it because of the dreaded Red Sox, you ask. No, I'm a 1986 Queens baby so you already know, but it's purely because of the fans. You ever meet someone so into something only to prove to others that they are comfortable with their handicap? We all see thru that as over compensation for what they don't have. The ride or die Boston fans have been waiting their entire lives to point a finger at someone and laugh and scream "I told you so." That's the type of people Boston has produced. Then we have the band wagonners and after the Giants win, I have more than enough to say about them, but I digress. Then there is Kobe. You sir, are not my man. I mean my Kobe cocky hate runs deep. The only time I can stand Kobe is in the Wayne best of me freestyle and even then I feel wrong saying it. So I am torn. I like the city of Boston and I have a lot of friends from Boston, but there are way more cocky Kobe fans in my life riding him frequently. I think I'll opt out of my Boston hate and wish luck to great players of this game, but I will not cheer for anything unless it's against Kobe. how dare you one up MJ? Stats please.
